LAW SUITS

I know that we have had some terrible exchanges these past few weeks, but I I am in earnest, and there are no "strings" attached to this email of any kind, and I hope that you will please give me a few moments here to say I am sorry.

Tom, I apologize to you, deeply, for bringing you to the point that you had to use profanity in your posts. I am apologizing to you from the heart.

I think that you are to be commended in that you took the criticism that you have taken from me, and never once used one bit of profanity, until last night. I feel very ashamed and extremely convicted for causing this to happen.

Just earlier this week, while listening to a message by John McArthur, at "Grace to you" on the radio, he touched strongly on the fact that we are not to cause our brother to become angry and sin, which is pointed out in Matthew, chapter 5. I have caused you to sin by bringing you to the point that you were forced to use profanity, and this makes me guilty of causing you to sin and causing you to do something you wouldnt normally do. I feel terrible about this, Tom, and it has taught me a lesson never to say something that I mean or don't mean, that would cause another to become angry.

And, even if you don't or cannot (and believe me, I understand if you do not want to), please, know that I am forever sorry for what I have caused.

There are people who "Threaten Law Suits" against you if you "Retaliate" to name-calling in a Newsgroup.

There are people who "Threaten Law Suits" against you if you Re-post their own words.

Apparently some people believe that our Rights to ask for Truth which we already Paid for SIX (6) Times should be Silenced.

In view of that post, when I see this fella anywhere near my property, I'll take the "Appropriate Action"

These people think they can stifle debate with Insults and attacking Seniors, Women & Children.

I never recall any Communist/Foreign Terrorist threatening American Seniors & Women. The only Enemies I see doing that are right here.

In closing, Ben, I am not going to waste any more of my life talking to
nothing but a human being who ranks himself above every other human
being, who actually believes he is above and beyond every other human
being, to the point that he thinks it is up to him(you) to determine
who is a coward and who is not.

When you can walk on nothing but water, Ben, let me know. until then,
shut up, as far as where I am concerned!.

The correspondance from the attorney prompted me to review my records and, I discovered that this individual INSULTS many others who don't agree with him.

One thing I noticed is that he Never attacks/insults/questions some who use Profanity akin to a lumber jack.

I don't believe there'a a Lawyer in the Country that would represent someone like you unless it's in the form of a Defense Attorney.
