On November 22, 1963 the 35th President of the United States was Assassinated at 12:30 c.s.t. in Dallas Texas.
Within one and a half hours at 1:50 p.m. a suspect named Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested in the Texas theater.
Forty Seven hours after the Assassination Oswald himself was murdered by Dallas strip club owner Jack Ruby in the basement of the Dallas Police Department while being transferred to the County Jail..
Exactly one week later on November 29, 1963 President Lyndon Johnson issued Presidential Executive Order 11130, appointing a Blue Ribbon Panel to investigate that Assassination of JFK & Oswald.
The Blue Ribbon Panel was commonly referred to as the Warren Commission because the Chairman was Supreme Court Chief justice Earl Warren.
On September 27, 1964 the Warren Commission delivered their findings to President LBJ. Warren Report (888 pages)
The Commission's "Conclusions" found that Oswald acted Alone.
The Commission's "Conclusions" found that Ruby acted Alone.
Those "Conclusions" were supposedly based on 26 Volumes of evidence/testimony.
After reading the 888 page Warren Report I could have believed either way. A lone assassin or, a conspiracy.
After reading the 26 Volumes of evidence/testimony it Proved conspiracy. I found proof in the Volumes that some elements of Gov't/Media either Withheld/Altered/Destroyed evidence in the crime of the century.
How's that for Starters?
This Report was SO Flawed, that it required 5 additional investigations
2. The Rockefeller Report
3. The Pike Report
4. The Church Committee
5. The House Selct Committee on Assassinations
6. The Assassination Records Review Board.
WC Attorney David Belin;
BELIN
IN 1973 WARREN COMMISSION LAWYER DAVID BELIN WROTE A BOOK TITLED "NOVEMBER 22, 1963: YOU ARE THE JURY". It is saturated with lies, innacuracies, ommissions and distortions.
Starting on page 410, Belin re-enacts Oswald's alledged movements from the time Oswald left the TSBD to the time of Tippit's killing.
Belin uses an "unofficial map" on page 386 to illustrate Oswald's movements, neglecting to inform the reader that several Dallas streets were left off of this map giving the appearance that Oswald's movements covered shorter distances.
Belin also misplaces Ruby's apartment by several blocks on the corner of Thornton & Ewing instead of on Marsalis.
The timing of Oswald's movements were so critical to the Commission's case against him that Belin himself got cabdriver Whalley to change Oswald's dropoff point from the 500 block of N. Beckley to the 700 block of N. Beckley making his destination of 1026 even closer. However, he never mentioned the .95 cent fare which in effect brought them to the 500 block. …
Belin DID however, time the distance between Oswald's rooming house and the point of officer Tippit's murder on Tenth and Patton. On page 419 he states that one time it took him 12 minutes and the second time (Oswald's most probable route) it took him 14 minutes. Which would allow Oswald to be at the scene at "around 1:15." If this were true it would mean that Belin's prize witness (Helen Markham) would NOT be there because she testifies that she was there to catch the 1:15 bus. SEE>>> http://whokilledjfk.net/markham.htm
Further, according to Oswald's houskeeper Earlene Roberts the EARLIEST that Oswald left his room was 1:04, placing him at the scene at 1:16 or 1:18 at the earliest.
Not to mention that two witnesses (Markham & Bowley) place the time of the Tippit murder at 1:06 p.m.
After leaving the TSBD two witnesses place Oswald on a bus. (Bledsoe & McWatters) One witness (William Whalley) places Oswald in a cab to 500 N. Beckley, with a cabfare of .95 cents.
For additional proof of this see CE #370 Volume XVI pg. 966, cabdriver Whalley's records. Take note of the "TIME IN 12:30 AND the TIME OUT 12:45." That takes Oswald "OUT" of the sixth floor window at 12:30. It also takes him "OUT" of the Truly/Baker/Oswald encounter in the 2nd floor lunchroom at 1:31:30.
Housekeeper placing Oswald's arrival at about 1:00 or a little after and his departure three or four minutes later. Several witnesses place Oswald at the Tippit scene. (Benavides, Markham, Scoggins & the Davis girls.) None of which were able to identify Oswald from Police Line-Ups that night.
This is what Belin said of some of the witnesses on page 420 of his book:
"The testimony of Earlene Roberts, in light of the testimony of Roger Craig, is fertile breeding ground for the possibility that accomplices aided Oswald. From our observations as trial lawyers, Ball and I felt that neither Deputy Sherrif Roger Craig, landlady Mary Bledsoe, bus driver Cecil McWatters, cab driver William Whalley, nor housekeeper Earlene Roberts was a 100 per cent reliable witness and that the testimony of all of them should be viewed with some degree of skepticism.)
Roger Craig was a Deputy Sherrif who testified that he saw Oswald
exit the back door of the TSBD 20 minutes after the shooting, run down the embankment to a Nash Rambler with a luggage rack on the roof, driven by a dark complected man and drive off in a westerly direction on Elm Street. In Fritz's office later he identified Oswald as the man he had seen when Oswald responded "EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHO I AM NOW." The Warren Commission decided NOT to believe Craig and quoted the Dallas Police claim that Craig was never in Fritz's office during any of Oswald's interrogation sessions.
However study of Chief Jesse Curry's book on page 72 clearly shows a picture of Craig in Fritz's office during Oswald's interrogation.
!FROM HIS OWN LIPS!
On page 345 Belin writes:
"Fifteen to twenty photographs and ten to twelve exposed X_ray films, and not one photograph or X_ray was introduced into evidence or seen by any lawyer or Commissioner. It was a disastrous decision. It was a decision with which Joe Ball and I, as well as Arlen Spector disagreed. It was a decision that gave rise to wild speculation and rumor. IT WAS A DECISION THAT VIOLATED BASIC ELEMENTARY RULES OF EVIDENCE FAMILIAR TO EVERY LAW STUDENT IN AMERICA that when a person testifies he should have the "best evidence" available." [I will expect to immediately hear Mr. Belin's voice calling for the immediate release of ALL of the X_rays and photographs from President John F. Kennedy's autopsy.]
Up until this case I didn't think that a man of HONOR would consider the admission of an error(?) is the same as CORRECTING an error. I also believe that if its NOT corrected, it wasn't an error at all. IT WAS A COVER-UP!
If indeed it was an error as oppossed to being part of a cover_up. For Belin goes on to write on page 361_2 indicating that the X_rays and photographs were being withheld from the publc and even qualified forensic pathologists by the "Kennedy family".
On page 391 Belin writes: "Moreover, from a personal inspection of this grassy knoll area, I determined that it would have been difficult for anyone there to hit an occupant in a moving car because (1) there was a lot of obstruction caused by trees and shrubbery, (2) there was a high wooden fence that would have almost necessitated that a gunman be standing on something. (3) The shot itself would have been a "cross_shot" with the target moving from left to right accross the field of vision of the gunman. (4) A person seeking to fire a rifle from that point would have been exposed to the view of people to his north and northwest, including a railroad tower that was relatively nearby.
WELL! MORE MOREOVER! I ALSO DID A PERSONAL INSPECTION OF THE GRASSY KNOLL AREA AND I DETERMINED THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A MUCH EASIER SHOT THAN THE 6th FLOOR OF THE TSBD BECAUSE (1) THERE WAS "NO" OBSTRUCTION CAUSED BY TREES OR SHRUBBERY, (2) THERE WAS A SHORT WOODEN FENCE THAT DID "NOT" NECESSITATE MY 5'6" FRAME TO STAND ON ANYTHING FOR A CLEAR SHOT AT THE MIDDLE OF ELM ST.
(3) IT MADE THE "KILL" SHOT MUCH EASIER BEING SO MUCH CLOSER AND A TARGET MOVING LEFT TO RIGHT ALIGNING ITSELF WITH A RIGHTHANDED SHOOTER PANNING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. (4) MULTIPLE WITNESSES STATED THAT NOBODY WAS ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE AREA UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF SECRET SERVICE CREDENTIALS. (as a matter of fact that was an issue that the Commission chose to IGNORE and Belin knew it) AS FOR EXPOSURE TO THE NORTH BELIN ALSO KNEW OF THE TESTIMONY OF LEE J. BOWERS SITTING IN THE 14' TOWER SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET BEHIND THE PICKET FENCE. BOWERS TESTIFIED THAT HE SAW TWO MEN AT THE FENCE AND HE ALSO OBSERVED FLASHES OF LIGHT AND SOME KIND OF COMMOTION IN THAT AREA WHEN THE SHOTS WERE FIRED.
MOREOVER BELIN FAILS TO MENTION THE TESTIMONY OF TWO WITNESSES SKELTON AND HOLLAND (a personal friend of Dallas Secret Service Chief Forest Sorrells.) SKELTON AND HOLLAND TESTIFIED THAT THEY SAW PUFFS OF SMOKE COMING FROM THE GRASSY KNOLL AREA AT THE TIME OF THE SHOOTING. THEY ALSO TESTIFIED THEY RUSHED TO THE AREA BEHIND THE FENCE AND OBSERVED CIGARETTE BUTTS, FOOTPRINTS INDICATING PACING AND MUDDY FOOTPRINTS ON A CAR BUMPER. (They were standing on top of the triple overpass just west of the grassy knoll.)
BELIN ALSO NEGLECTS TO REMIND THE READER THAT THE LIMOSINE WAS TRAVELLING AT 11.2 mph NOT TO MENTION THAT THE HUGHES FILM SHOWS THE BRAKE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AT THE POINT OF IMPACT OF THE FATAL SHOT. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN OFFICIAL DETERMINATION OF WHAT EFFECT WOULD BE CREATED BY APPLYING THE BRAKES ON A VEHICLE TRAVELLING AT 11.2 mph. (It sure wouldn't cause acceleration.)
P.S.-BELIN finally called for a NEW investigation of JFK's assassination based on the disclosure that the CIA/FBI witheld information from the Warren Commission. (Washington Star 11/23/75)
KYA (Kovering Your Ass)
In early '75 Vice President Nelson Rockefeller Chaired a NEW Commission to investigate the Illegal activities of the CIA. Which would also include looking into the JFK assassination.
Wouldn't you just KNOW that the appointed Chief Counsel was none other than DAVID BELIN! (What the hell, everything else Belin did was ASS backward!)
ARE YOU KEEPING UP WITH THIS FOLKS? In 1975 Vice President Nelson Rockefeller Chairs a Commission to investigate the CIA and their possible connection to the JFK assassination. Rockefeller chooses David Belin to serve him as Chief Counsel. While Rockefeller serves his President, Gerald Rudolph Ford.
Ford assumed the office of the Presidency without benefit of Ballot. He aceded to the Presidency as a result of the Resignation of Richard Milhouse Nixon. (Under threat of IMPEACHMENT)
Prior to that Ford served as Vice _President via APPOINTMENT by Nixon after Nixon's Vice_President Spiro Agnew resigned under indictment for income_tax evasion and bribery.
Prior to that, Ford served as a Warren Commission member upon Nixon's recommendation to LBJ.
Belin later tried to dissassociate hmself from the JFK Assassinaion portion of the Rockefeller Commission's Investigation. (source: Coincidence or Conspiracy by Bernard Fensterwald)
I think I should have called this chapter "Birds of a Feather."

MEMORANDUM FOR MR. MOYERS
It is
important that all of the facts surrounding President Kennedy's Assassination be
made public in a way which will satisfy people in the
1. The
public must be satisfied that Oswald was the assassin; that he did not have
confederates who are still at large; and that the evidence was such that he
would have been convicted at trial.
2.
Speculation about Oswald's motivation ought to be cut off, and we should have
some basis for rebutting thought that this was a Communist conspiracy or (as the
Iron Curtain press is saying) a right-wing conspiracy to blame it on the
Communists. Unfortunately the facts on Oswald seem about too pat-- too obvious

matter has been handled thus far with neither dignity nor conviction. Facts have
been mixed with rumour and speculation. We can scarcely let the world see us

I
think this objective may be satisfied by making public as soon as possible a
complete and thorough FBI report on Oswald and the assassination. This may run
into the difficulty of pointing to in- consistencies between this report and

I
think, however, that a statement that all the facts will be made public property
in an orderly and responsible way should be made now. We
need something to head off public speculation or Congressional hearings of the
wrong sort.
